Since 1998, MetalCan has specialized in image processing, adaptation and finalization of digital files for printing aluminum cans for soft drinks, beer, wines, juices, energy drinks, mineral waters and beverages in general.
It produces and supplies photoliths, printing matrices and digital files to the main can manufacturers in Brazil and other South American countries, totaling around 18 plants.
The fillers, through their agencies and design studios, create their artworks and MetalCan converts them for the process of printing the cans in the dry-offset system.

Technical Consult
MetalCan provides technical consult to bottlers and also to creative professionals, building bridges between the parties involved during all phases of development, design and production adequacy. Its role is to provide guidance on the technical characteristics and eventual limitations of the printing processes, obtaining together the best solutions for each situation.
There are several successful histories that involved, from the conception of the art, the clients, agencies, designers and converters, with excellent results.
The company also works with the manufacturers of cans and others packges following productions, checkin checking large-scale results and aproving color standarts when necessary.
Line test
MetalCan has aluminum sample can printer in various formats, of 220ml up to 473ml, equipped to print with up to 8 special colors.
Through these sample, the bottlers and creative agencies have opportunity to visualize there packaging before production on an industrial scale, making the necessary adjustments to the arts and selecting the most suitable shades of paint for your purposes.
A joint work with paint and varnish developers allows testing of new textures, colors and special effects.
This printes also allows the generation of color standarts (nominais, maximum and minimum) that will serve as parameters during high-speed printing in factories.
Finalization and administration
For more than two decades, the company has expanded its operating scenario, specializing in also in other types of packaging.
Through your MetalDesign division, are finished arts for PET, BOPP, PEBD, long life, cartons, boxes, multipacks, shrinks, labels, labels, sleeves, aluminum and glass bottles, aerosols, cups, plastic and metal lids, among others.
MetalCan offers the possibility to remotely manage and administer the different files of its customers, keeping the arts always up to date.
Mockups and 3D
